School A) Babies inately know the right way to be, at the right time - leave them to it.
School B) It doesn't hurt to encourage bubs into a good posistion gently
School C) They're the WRONG WAY AROUND intervene intervene!!
Most of the time I believe firmly in school A. Babies do know what they're doing, and provided you're relatively active in pregnancy, and don't spend too much time lounging about supinely, they'll generally find their way.

Firstly crawling. Apart from being lovely and relieving on the back, it's great for getting bub to turn the right way.
Secondly, maintaining good posture throughout the day, not leaning back, not putting your feet up.
Thirdly
rebozo massage there are several books, websites and videos on the techniques available. I found this particularly useful, and soothing.
Of course, it's wise to discuss anything you plan on doing with your midwife first. They will probably have a list of other ideas and techniques, ranging from homeopathy, to accupuncture.
